MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities
\uf0fc Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market;
\uf0fc Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring
that the sales team meets their quotas and goals;
\uf0fc Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer
requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve
the company’s marketing goals;
\uf0fc Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
\uf0fc Implementing new sales plans and advertising;
\uf0fc Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet
sales and marketing human resource objectives;
\uf0fc Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their
needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities;
\uf0fc Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and
workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Marketing \/ communication management
\uf0fc Creation, animation of contain for all internal and external commercial communication
channels;
\uf0fc Design of communications \/ marketing \/ sales action plans in connection with strategic
projects;
\uf0fc Taking and developing briefs within commercial project;
\uf0fc Design of multi-channel media aimed at informing or relaying promotional information
Digital communication management;
\uf0fc Manage contains and Analyse of the traffic flow on the different digital platforms;
\uf0fc Deploy e-advertising campaigns and Write editorial content for emailing newsletters
Business management;
\uf0fc Develop and entertain our customer\u2019s network and our commercial portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EDUCATION
\uf0b7 Must have a Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing as minimum;
\uf0b7 A post graduate degree or diploma advantageous;
\uf0b7 Business report writing; Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques and Commercial and transversal;
facilitation skills;
\uf0b7 Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Suite Office software;
\uf0b7 IT skills in Digital Marketing;
\uf0b7 Knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence,
communication;
\uf0b7 Mastery of B2B, B2C, B2G prospecting techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Must have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience;
\uf0b7 Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
\uf0b7 SME Sales or Corporate Sales Experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
