– Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting
data; preparing reports.
\uf0fc Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account
information.
\uf0fc Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
\uf0fc Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
\uf0fc Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit
and loss statement, and other reports.
\uf0fc Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
\uf0fc Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
\uf0fc Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
\uf0fc Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
\uf0fc Secures financial information by completing database backups.
\uf0fc Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
\uf0fc Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
\uf0fc Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy
and regulations.
\uf0fc File in tax returns monthly and annually
\uf0fc Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information and trends.
\uf0fc Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information
confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0fc Daily recording of accounting transactions be in accounting books and Processing
of accounting documents
\uf0fc Global and detailed Budgeting: Preparing and executing closely follow up of Company
Budget (monthly, quarterly and annually)
\uf0fc Securing Financial Information (properly organised and kept)
\uf0fc Employee payroll management and Preparation of tax and social returns
\uf0fc Preparing payments (Customers and suppliers)
\uf0fc Preparing Financial Statements (Statutory and Management Reports)

EDUCATION
\uf0b7 Must have a Bachelor degree in Accounting as minimum
\uf0b7 A post graduate degree or diploma advantageous
\uf0b7 Business report writing
\uf0b7 Must have a perfect knowledge of accounting, legal and tax laws
\uf0b7 Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Suite Office software
\uf0b7 Must have a mastery of accounting and tax processing software<\/p>\n\n\n\n
EXPERIENCE
\uf0b7 Must have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
\uf0b7 Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage
\uf0b7 SME Finance or Corporate Finance Experience
