{"id":12457,"date":"2021-03-25T14:33:33","date_gmt":"2021-03-25T13:33:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cm\/?post_type=emplois&#038;p=12457"},"modified":"2021-03-25T15:39:09","modified_gmt":"2021-03-25T14:39:09","slug":"offre-demploi-sales-executive","status":"publish","type":"emplois","link":"https:\/\/louma-jobs.com\/cameroun\/recrutements-emplois-stages\/2021\/offre-demploi-sales-executive\/","title":{"rendered":"Recrutement Guinness CAMEROON: SALES EXECUTIVE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>GUINNESS CAMEROON, recrute pour les besoins de ses services,  cinq(05) Sales Executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Relationship management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion and resolution skills<\/li><li>Create the conditions for an amazing relationship with the customer through great cross-functional behaviors and ways of working<\/li><li>Ensure that all customer data and information required to support the customer relationship is fully managed.            <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Development and delivery of customer plan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Ability to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Guinness Cameroun propositions<\/li><li>Make proactive and reactive recommendations&nbsp; in order to beat the competition<\/li><li>Search and spin proactively within and outside the channel to identify and activate potential opportunities<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brilliant Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Operate with a clear set of priorities with the attention to detail required across each sales driver<\/li><li>&nbsp;Expert analysis of data is converted quickly into simple and clear actions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ability and confidence to make informed recommendations ensuring activities are successfully delivered or course-corrected as required<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>                                                                                                                                                                                       <strong>QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>At least Bachelors Degree or equivalent<\/li><li>A strong&nbsp;minimum 2&nbsp;years track record in sales with specific experience in account management, field sales or trade marketing.<\/li><li>Strong understanding of commercial opportunities and sensitivity to customers\u2019 satisfaction<\/li><li>Basic P&amp;L literacy and previous experience of financial data (targeted trade investment, margins optimization, customer profitability\u2026)<\/li><li>numerical skills and high level of computer literacy<\/li><li>influencing skills, able to set a vision and inspire clients. Authentic in all interactions, and able to build true partnerships with customers and internally with other functions.<\/li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English<\/li><li>Strong ability to multi- task and operate with pace and agility<\/li><li>Ability to find pertinent solutions in a dynamic and fast-running environment<\/li><li>Willingness to experiment and learn.<\/li><li>Valid driving license and strong driving experience<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guinness Cameroun recrute pour ses services, cinq sales executives.
