Key Account Trainee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A PROPOS DE VOUS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Key Account Trainee<\/strong> will report regularly to the Sales Manager, who is his line manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your MISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Managing the key account channel<\/li>
  • Building and managing the overall relationship with the modern commercial channel<\/li>
  • Providing opportunities for business growth<\/li>
  • Managing performance indicators<\/li>
  • Integrating MSL as a way of operating so that we always win at the point of purchase<\/li>
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction of key accounts<\/li>
  • Define and provide medium and long-term business plans for key accounts, as well as the strategy for their implementation through the Joint Up Business Plan (JUBP)<\/li>
  • Ensuring the implementation of channel commercial activation plans<\/li>
  • Provide the data needed for decision making<\/li>
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reporting to management<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Key indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Number of visits per day, Market coverage (%)<\/li>
    • DN, PICOS<\/li>
    • Share of shelf, Share of assortment<\/li>
    • Market share, Volume…<\/li>
    • Monitoring the breakup rate<\/li>
    • OOS rate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Education<\/u><\/strong>: University Degree (Bac +2\/3) in a business-related field (Marketing, commercial, etc.)<\/li>
      • Work Experience<\/u><\/strong>: A minimum of six month’s experience.<\/li>
      • Tools \/ Software<\/u><\/strong>: Strong digital skills and a high level of computer fluency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)<\/li>
      • Hard skills<\/u><\/strong>: Data interpretation, management of diversified categories, development of distribution chains, management of key distributors.<\/li>
      • Soft skills<\/u><\/strong>: Strong influencing skills, able to define a vision and inspire clients, critical and analytical mind, continuous learning, dynamic, proactive, flexible, client-oriented, team player, resilient, interpersonal skills.<\/li>
      • Language Skills<\/u><\/strong>: Be bilingual (English and French) would be an advantage.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
