class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description du Poste<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mission<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sein du d\u00e9partement Ressources Humaines, vous reportez au Responsable Ressources Humaines et \u00eates l\u2019interlocuteur RH direct du business.<br>Votre principale mission est d\u2019accompagner sur le terrain les managers et les collaborateurs, sur un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre qui vous sera d\u00e9fini pour les conseillers au mieux, leur expliquer et donner du sens aux d\u00e9cisions et process RH du Groupe tout en \u00e9tant le garant de leur d\u00e9ploiement op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Missions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conseil et support aupr\u00e8s des op\u00e9rationnels:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>&nbsp;R\u00e9pondre aux demandes des op\u00e9rationnels sur tous les sujets RH (recrutement, administration du personnel, mutuelle, paye, droit du travail, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, gestion des performances, formation, gestion des carri\u00e8res,&#8230;) ;<\/li><li>Apporter son soutien aux managers dans l\u2019instauration d\u2019une culture de performance, de m\u00e9ritocratie et d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 de traitement (suivi de l\u2019absent\u00e9isme, gestion de la performance, gestion des mobilit\u00e9s internes, gestion disciplinaire, &#8230;) ;<\/li><li>Accompagner les op\u00e9rationnels dans leurs d\u00e9cisions relatives aux RH en les aidant \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la variable RH dans leurs d\u00e9cisions (recrutement, d\u00e9cisions disciplinaires, entretien d\u2019\u00e9valuation, promotion, &#8230;) ;<\/li><li>Expliciter et veiller \u00e0 l\u2019application par les op\u00e9rationnels de l\u2019ensemble des proc\u00e9dures RH ;<\/li><li>Mettre \u00e0 jour les outils de suivi et de reporting RH et les remonter \u00e0 la direction des ressources humaines sur une fr\u00e9quence mensuelle ;<\/li><li>Elaborer l&rsquo;ensemble des tableaux de bord sociaux permettant de suivre l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 (absent\u00e9isme, performance, turnover, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, cong\u00e9s,&#8230;).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Gestion administrative du personnel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Pr\u00e9parer tous les documents r\u00e9glementaires li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion du personnel et Tenir \u00e0 jour les dossiers individuels administratifs pour chaque salari\u00e9 rentrant dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de la fonction ;<\/li><li>Coordonner l&rsquo;organisation de la paie : collecte, contr\u00f4le et remont\u00e9e des \u00e9l\u00e9ments variables, garant de la distribution des versements de salaire \u00ab variables \u00bb (bons d\u2019achat, ch\u00e8ques des nouvelles recrues, \u2026).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>D\u00e9veloppement RH:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Coordonner, animer et suivre le Parcours d\u2019int\u00e9gration ;<\/li><li>Accompagner les managers dans le d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9quipes : d\u00e9terminer les besoins d\u2019accompagnement, d\u00e9finir le plan de formation des collaborateurs du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de la fonction, pr\u00e9parer et accompagner les plans de succession en coordination avec la direction des ressources humaines ;<\/li><li>Mettre \u00e0 jour les fiches de poste et les templates des fiches d\u2019\u00e9valuation de performance ;<\/li><li>D\u00e9ployer et Animer les actions suite \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate de satisfaction annuelle des salari\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profil Recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bac +4 en Ressources Humaines et\/ou exp\u00e9rience dans un centre de contacts, avec&nbsp;4 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans la RH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comp\u00e9tences personnelles:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Vision \u00e9largie du service RH,<\/li><li>Dynamisme,<\/li><li>Aisance relationnelle, diplomatie,<\/li><li>Professionnalisme,<\/li><li>\u00c9coute et disponibilit\u00e9,<\/li><li>Capacit\u00e9
