Role Description
This is an 03 months internship role for a Sales Support Technician. The Sales Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, assisting with customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) minimum in software engineering or a related field.
- Analytical Skills, Technical Support, and Communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Aptitude for technical sales, with the ability to educate clients about products and services.
- Proficiency in the Facebook Developer environment.
- Expertise in development with ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS.
- Experience in project management using the Agile methodology
Responsibilies
- Analyze, design, and program software for the company and its clients.
- Perform functional testing to ensure the quality and performance of developed software.
- Write user manuals using the Markdown format.
- Participate in technical sales activities to educate and convince clients about the benefits of our products and services.
- Master and use the Facebook Developer environment.
- Develop applications using ReactJS, Angular, and NodeJS.
- Manage and track projects using the Agile methodology.
