Job objective(s)
Ensure the management of UBA’s infrastructure, logistics management pan bank
Provide and ensure a conducive working environment for UBA Central Region staff
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate all Maintenance activities for the bank assets
Ensure that existing SLA with vendors are respected to ensure the maintenance of all the bank assets
Oversee administrative functions of UBA’s corporate services thereby ensuring the provision of timely, efficient and cost effective support services
Responsible for issues concerning all bank equipment
Follow up and coordinate all new contracts engaged by the bank and review old contracts
Coordinate all logistic activities
Follow up and ensure in timeline the vendor payment,
Ensure permanent adequacy of Corporate services activities with the bank policies, local regulations and UBA standard
Follow up Real estate activity

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Minimum education level – civil, electrical or electrotechnical engineer
Experience
Minimum experience –05 years’ relevant experience in managing maintenance contracts for buildings or electrical or electromechanical equipment
