JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient mobile solutions. Your role will involve leading the technical development, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile app development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Mobile Applications:
Design and build advanced web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
Maintain and optimize existing mobile applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Technical Leadership:
Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure code quality and application robustness through code reviews and automated testing.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Innovation and Best Practices:
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Advocate for best practices in React and React Native development.
Continuously improve development processes and tools.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize application performance and address performance bottlenecks
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
At least 3 years of experience working with React Native.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with NoSQL databases and BaaS, such as Firebase and MongoDB.
Knowledge of modern mobile architectures, including Redux/MobX.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox).
Ability to write test cases, leverage unit and integration testing, and develop functionality and automation.
Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is favorable.
Experience in on-premise deployment is a plus.

Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal project portfolio.
