Senior Account Manager

Société Civile Immobilière CHIMEDE is a property management company enhancing the real estate portfolio of the KADJI GROUP. It has become a dominant player in Cameroon’s thriving real estate market, offering offices, commercial and retail spaces, as well as housing solutions.

 

SCI Chimede is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in financial management, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

Requirements:

 

To be considered for the role, you should meet the following requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Masters holder is preferred.

* Professional certification (ACCA or CIMA) is required

*Proficient in both English and French.

* Experience in a real estate industry is an added advantage

* 8- 12 years of applicable work experience, including experience with SAGE software 

* Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting regulations

* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Attention to detail and analytical thinking

* Ability to manage a team and work under pressure

* Good organizational and time management skills are highly desirable.

* Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at very senior level

* Proficient with numbers, statistics, and logics

* Good Presentation skill
