Junior Fleet Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Vehicule management,
• Fueling and mileage. Enter and track refueling and mileage to calculate the fuel consumption
and efficiency of each vehicule.
• Planning and scheduling: Route planning: Creation and optimization of routes considering
traffic conditions and route lengths.
• Performance reporting: Creation of vehicle performance reports, including fuel consumption,
maintenance costs and total cost of ownership.
• Cost analyses: Detailed analyses of operating costs to identify potential savings.
• Driver safety and customer support.
• GPS tracking: Real-time tracking of vehicle positions and movements via GPS.
• Able to speak English and German (obligatory)
PROFILE:
• Completed training or studies in logistics, transport management or a related field.
• First professional experience in the field of transport or logistics is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of transport and logistics management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
