Major Responsibilities/ Responsabilités principales
• Classement et organisation des dossiers : Trier, classer et archiver les documents du personnel et
administratifs / Filing and organizing documents: Sorting, filing, and archiving administrative and
personal documents
• Numérisation des documents : Scanner les dossiers et les documents pour les enregistrer dans le
système électronique. / Document scanning: Scanning files and documents to record them in the
electronic system.
• Mise à jour des bases de données : Entrer et mettre à jour les informations du personnel dans les bases
de données RH. / Updating databases: Entering and updating personnel information in HR databases.
• Accueil des nouveaux employés : Préparer les documents d’intégration et Assister à l’organisation des
sessions d’orientation./ Onboarding new employees: Preparing onboarding documents and support in
organisation of orientation sessions.
• Support administratif : / Administrative support
Knowledge, Skills and Experience/ exigences du poste
• Expérience dans des tâches similaires / Experience in doing similar tasks.
• Diplôme de licence en RH ou domaine similaire /Bachelor’s degree in RH or similar filed.
• Connaissance de base des processus administratifs /Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
• Maîtrise du français ou de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit /Fluent in spoken and written French or English
Language/
• Compétences informatiques / Computer literate
• Discret, Organisé et précis / Discrete, Organize and Accurate
