Ashdown Advisory Group is a leading consultancy firm specializing in innovative and sustainable solutions for diverse construction projects. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in designing and managing office building projects to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and oversee the construction of office buildings, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact analyses for proposed projects.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive project plans.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during the construction process.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines while ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance and control inspections to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on office building projects.
- Proficient in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD Pro).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and structural systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
