JOB DESCRIPTION
Network
Assist other units when requested, during new integrations
Assist other teams where necessary to ensure that all network related problems are resolved within SLAS
Design, validate and apply procedures (How-To) for implementing and troubleshooting of customer services
Customer
Ensure that all customers related problems are resolved within SLAs
Customer first focused with maximum tickets resolution and providing quality support for corporate customers
Ensure an intervention form is signed by the client during any on site visit
Ensure the delivery note is signed for any commissioning (Internet, TV) Keep customers DB up to date (Name, contact, location, service, Date of commissioning, configurations backup)
