Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as an IPTV Community Manager and marketers. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant online community of Global TV Sat subscribers. As the face of our brand on social media platforms and discussion forums, you will facilitate engaging conversations, manage customer queries, and drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a community engagement strategy that aligns with Global TV Sat’s brand vision and values.
  • Actively engage with the IPTV community by initiating and participating in discussions on various social media platforms, forums, and blogs.
  • Moderate online community discussions, ensuring conversations remain respectful, informative, and relevant.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including written posts, graphics, videos, and polls, to foster user interaction and encourage participation.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to generate user-generated content and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze and report on community metrics, tracking user sentiment, engagement levels, and overall community health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements based on community insights.
    Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or a similar role, preferably in the IPTV or media industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, and a deep understanding of online community dynamics and best practices.
  • Familiarity with IPTV technology, services, and industry trends would be an advantage.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and defuse tense situations within the community.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple channels simultaneously, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to user inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor community engagement and sentiment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the entertainment industry, with a genuine enthusiasm for IPTV and emerging technologies.
