We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Douala and help us create stunning visual content to enhance our brand and products. 

 
Job Description: 

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our design team in Douala. As a Graphic Designer at Paysika, you will work closely with the marketing team and support the product design team to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and help our users engage with our products. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the marketing team and stake holders to ensure a cohesive and harmonious visual style across all platforms 
• Apply advanced graphic design techniques such as compositing, masking, blending, and typography to create stunning and engaging graphics 
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and related fields 
• Help document and maintain our brand guidelines and ensure that all design work adheres to them 
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are communicated effectively 

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity 
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools 
• Knowledge of Illustrator and Figma is a plus 
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred, as Paysika operates in both languages 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
