• Lead, implement and monitor the legal strategy according to the guidelines defined by General Management:

• Plan and coordinate collection actions and activities:

. Master the texts and regulations governing the activity of microfinance.

Participate in legal monitoring: Analyze texts, legislative and regulatory research, prudential and doctrinal jurisprudence:

• Assist and advise departments and agencies on legal issues:

• Provide expertise on all legal files.

PROFILE

Bac +5, in Business Law: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or in a law firm.
